“ACING the FACE: Sketching the Human Face (Made Easy)”

(This is a class taught through Portland Fine Arts Guild exclusively for Guild Members)

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Drawing the face should be easy, so let’s make it easy!

Once you go through this process, you’ll be able to draw realistic faces from the imagination, which frees you up to simplify/abstract/paint/express, and so on.

We’ll take an in-depth look at the features of the human face and draw a realistic face, without looking at a picture.  You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, using a ruler to measure and get proportions correct.  After just one session you will be able to draw a realistic human face (did I say without looking at a picture?!).

For all skill levels.  This class will make you comfortable and good at drawing the human face… even if you think you can’t, this class is for you!
